Islamization is "integration" (tawheed) of Islamic ideology in all disciplines; it is a duty/fard to achieve 'universal welfare' (al-maslahah al-kaaffah) in both the worlds. However (1) Muslim 'religious' education systems, through their curricula and anti-worldism, have been from Recent Centuries till now takhsisiyyah (limited, restricted). (2) 'Modern' secular and (3) 'mixed' systems also "restrict" and marginalize Islam. Ijtihad is Islamic rationalism and modernization in the light of the Quran, and the "good example" presented in the Sayings and Traditions of Prophet Muhammad (Hadith, Sunnah ) in the books, Kitaab al-Kharaaj & Kitaab al-Amwaal. Islam is din al-haq, "the system of truth". Islamization, through ijtihad, assimilated the truths of all systems in the Early Hijrah Centuries; it assimilates now the "truths" in secularism which is historically and in modern times, "partial Islamization". Islamization was the hallmark of Righteous Muslims of the Early Centuries who achieved, and maintained for centuries, the "world intellectual supremacy" and "world hegemony" of Islamic civilization. It is also a necessity to remove Muslim Backwardness, Defeats and Humiliations world wide, and to liberate mankind. The methodology for Islamization must follow the Prophet's Saying, al-`ilm bit-ta`allum, "Knowledge is by Self-Learning". Muslims must pursue it through parallel Self-Studies, and gradually institutionalize it in schools and universities. This is presented in IISTD Action Plans. "Traditional Islamic" and Muslim "mixed" education systems should be the early models for 'total Islamization', as-silm al-kaaffah. Muslims must utilize the secular and 'mixed' education systems world wide through freedom of thought, multi-culturalism, and Quranic-Prophetic Arabic language.
